At USA 250 Collection, every product is made-to-order through Printful and Printify. Because our items are custom printed, refunds or replacements are only offered for defective or misprinted items.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or misprinted.

  • You contact us within 7 days of delivery.

2. How to Request a Return

Email info@usa250collection.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description and photo of the issue

If approved, we will issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or wrong size choice

  • Color or print variations due to monitor differences

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

5. Shipping Costs

Return shipping is covered only for defective or incorrect items.
